Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our exchange policy ensures a smooth experience:

• Eligibility Window: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.

• Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-built products, opened software, and clearance items are not eligible.

• Defective Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
